Rishiraj Constructions was founded in July 2022 by Late Shri Maniraj Singh Bithu (Charan), Sinthal, beloved father of our CEO Mr. Sandeep Charan and Rishiraj Charan in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
Sandeep Charan brings deep operational experience in supply chain, civil construction, and solar systems to his role as CEO. His hands-on approach — personally overseeing project delivery, contractor coordination, and client communication — has shaped Rishiraj Constructions into a company where accountability is not a policy, but a practice.
In less than four years, the company has gone from a regional civil contractor to a nationally recognised solar EPC partner, delivering 1500+ MW of utility-scale solar capacity in direct partnership with TATA Energy, Rayax Energy, EnerMaxx Energy, RK Constructions NLC, Solidus Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hero Future, Rays Power Infra, Acme and Diwakar Solar and Stockwell Group. That growth is not accidental — it is the result of consistent on-time delivery, in-house capability, and a refusal to compromise on execution standards.
Today, Rishiraj Constructions operates from its headquarters in Bikaner with a branch office in Jaipur, supporting projects across India. Our in-house heavy vehicle fleet, trained manpower division, and direct vendor relationships give us the operational independence to deliver at any scale, in any location.

Successfully executed multiple KUSUM solar projects across Nokha, Bikaner, Dungargarh, and surrounding regions with cumulative multi-megawatt installation and commissioning works.
Large-scale 50 MW solar project at Kitasar launched in partnership with Solidus Techno Power Pvt. Ltd., representing one of the company’s biggest ongoing utility-scale assignments.
